Every bigger busted girl with a 32DD chest size or larger knows the struggle of finding a good bra for every occasion. As a sports bra designer and fellow 32DD+ chest gal, I’ve kinda made finding the right bra for your larger bust size my career. Whether you’re looking for a daily bra, a sports bra for exercise, a bra for lounging, a strapless bra, a padded t-shirt bra, or something sexy, I’ve got you covered. Finding the right bra for your larger bust size is all about sizing, style, and of course – price! Let’s talk comfy, cute, functional, affordable and sexy bras for large chests.

Trust me when I say I seriously bought all the wrong bras before I found the right ones. I truly think bras are one of those pieces that sometimes you have to splurge on to get a quality bra that will be worth your investment! I’m 26, a sports bra designer, and I have a 32DD chest size – aka I’ve kinda made it my career to find you the ~ perfect ~ sports bra (and regular bra!) for the right occassion. I have 3+ years of experience in the apparel industry and 15+ years of having boobs. Let’s talk bras for big busts.

1. Daily Use Bras D+ Boobs
For Work
True & Co. True Everybody Women’s V-Neck Bra
I absolutely love the True&Co line. Their bras are seamless, comfy, and best of all – affordable when you shop at Target! They’re also available on Amazon, but seriously, if no one has told you, Target’s 2-day shipping is insanely fast.
My best piece of advice for this bra is to make sure you purchase the correct size. If you fall in between sizes, always size down, especially if you 32DD+ chest size because you want your bras to have some compression to provide that support that you’re after.
Unfortunately, this bra only comes in generic sizes. I find that the Medium fits me perfectly (I’m a 32DD, 29-inch rib cage, 34-inch bust size). This bra doesn’t offer much support, but the shaping, comfort, thick straps, V-neck design, and quality material build make it worth every penny!
I’ve been wearing this bra on repeat under sweaters, t-shirts, and long-sleeve tees and I love it.
For Errands
Women’s Medium Support Seamless Racerback Sports Bra – All in Motion™
I love a racerback bra for running errands. It’s simple, comfy, and provides enough support to hold the girls in place, without any of the extra details that contribute to discomfort in more intricate medium and high-impact sports bras.
This bra also comes in generic sizes, which isn’t ideal for my bigger busted gals. Again, I always recommend sizing down if you fall in between sizes.
You’re most important measurement is your band measurement – this will affect how the rest of the bra sits on your body. Make sure your band measurement is snug and compressive, but not uncomfortable!
If you don’t know how to find your proper bra size, stop everything that you’re doing and watch my Instagram reel on how to find your right bra size (I promise it’s life-changing and makes online bra shopping SO much more reliable).
For Date Night
Aerie Eyelash Lace Padded Plunge Bralette
I used to think Aerie was only for younger, teenage girls looking for bras and boy was I wrong! Aerie’s bras are high quality, big-bust friendly, incorporate real sizing, and in my opinion – are giving Victoria Secret a run for its money.
Once you know your correct bra size, it makes online shopping so easy. I always find that bra shopping is easier online because there is more selection. This way you can buy the bra(s) and if they don’t fit, or you don’t like the style, easily return them – rather than wasting hours in a dressing room only having 2-3 styles to select from, which I guarantee are probably not big-bust friendly for 32DDD+ chest sizes.
This plunge bralette is sexy, and offers thick straps around your shoulders which will help avoid any shoulder pain you might experience from the straps potentially digging into your shoulders.
This is why I recommend bigger-busted women stay away from spaghetti-strap sports bras and regular bras. There just isn’t enough support and thinner straps are going to leave your shoulders and neck in pain. This bra is a perfect mix of sexy, supportive, and cute!

3. A Bra For Exercise
Low Impact Sports Bra
Old Navy – Light Support PowerSoft Adjustable Longline Sports Bra for Women
Old Navy and Amazon honestly have some hidden gems when it comes to bras for 32DD chests. I usually recommend splurging on sports bras in particular because you really do get what you pay for, but for light and medium support bras, you can get away with paying less, depending on what you plan to do in the bra!
I love the longline sports bra look because it serves as a tank top and sports bra in one. It’s also cute, flattering, and functional. This low-impact sports bra is perfect for walking, biking, errands, and activities that require minimal bouncing.
Medium Impact Sports Bra
Nike Swoosh Women’s Medium-Support, Nonpadded Sports Bra
Nike makes the BEST razor back bras, but sometimes they can be expensive. Razorback bras for big busts are a dime a dozen– I’d recommend not spending any more than $40 on one bra just because their functionality for bigger busted women is limited.
This bra is good for bigger busts for pretty much anything except for running and intense cardio. I wouldn’t be afraid to grab Nike’s medium support sports bra for my next training session, weight lifting, yoga, barre, biking, rollerblading – you name it.
I love the simplicity of these bras and how comfy they are! Nike also uses patented materials made out of high-quality synthetic fabrics, meaning I swear this bra will look fresh and new 2+ years down the line.
I’m embarrassed to say that some of my Nike bras are 7+ years old. I totally don’t recommend that, but I just can’t part ways with them because I love them that much!
High Impact Sports Bra
Lululemon – Enlite Weave-Back Bra High Support, A–DDD(E) Cups Online Only
Lululemon is seriously my go-to brand for sports bras for bigger busts that are supportive, cute, and functional. Their sizing is consistent, their designs are functional, and overall, while their bras are ridiculously expensive, they work.
If you know your exact bra size and you’re confident that almost any bra style will fit you, I wouldn’t be afraid to shop Lululemon’s final size and snag a high-impact sports bra for larger chests for around $30-$50 which is a STEAL.
I love this bra because it is seriously so supportive, adjustable in the band, and made with quality materials. It comes in all sorts of colors which is always a win for bigger busts (I swear finding more than 2-3 styles for DD+ cup sizes is nearly impossible).
I’d highly recommend Lululemon bras! If you’re unsure if you’ll like the fit and feel of their bras, don’t be afraid to stop by your local Lululemon and try on some bras for yourself. You don’t have to buy them when you’re there – I go to stores all the time, try on their products, and then shop their deals online (secret shopping hack – you’re welcome!).
4. A Bra For Lounging
Pajama Bra
Aerie SMOOTHEZ Padded Scoop Bralette
Smooth. Seamless. Comfy. Made out of nylon and spandex materials. The perfect pajama bra to throw on under long sleeve tees and t-shirts. I also love that it comes in sizes for bigger busted women (i.e. smalls, smalls for D, small for DD). Aerie seriously has got it figured out.
Casual, Around-The-House Bra
Aerie Seamless Padded Bralette
Ribbed materials have made a comeback and I’m here for it. This seamless bra for large chests is lightly lined and comfortable – perfect for lollygagging around the house and everything in between.
I always find ribbed fabrics to be supportive and comfy, especially for larger chests. This full coverage look is perfect fora casual day around the house.

5. A Strapless Bra That Doesn’t Suck
Amazon – Fashion Reusable Breast Lift Bras Adhesive Backless Strapless Bra Invisible Silicone Sticky Bras for Women, Brand – OTUKAROSAU
Okay seriously, finding strapless bras for bigger busts is a joke. There is nothing that makes me feel less confident than a bra that makes its way down to my a** before I’ve even left the house – hello, wall.
This strapless bra is amazing. It provides lift, the stick stays on (seriously, wore this to a wedding where I was sweating and moving the entire night and I forgot I was wearing it), and it covers the nips accordingly. You also don’t have saggy boobs because it’s designed to literally lift the girls up. Love that!
My only complaint is that I wish this bra was something I could incorporate into my daily routine. I find that sticky bras have a shelf life of 10-15 uses and I’d love to make this strapless bra a weekly/monthly thing! But, for the price – I can’t complain.
6. Tshirt Bra For When You Need Comfort, Shape + Lift
Women’s Icon Full Coverage T-Shirt Bra – Auden™
I love the Auden™ line from Target for affordable t-shirt bras for large chests. I will say that the sizing options for Target kinda, well, suck for larger chests. This is where you want to implement sister sizing to ensure you are finding the bra that is the absolute best-fit option for your larger chest.
If you don’t know how to find your correct bra size when they don’t offer your size, check out my Instagram Reel on sister sizing, I promise you won’t regret it.
For $10ish, these t-shirt bras are perfect if lightly padded and underwired everyday bras are your thing! I personally don’t love this style of bra because I find the wire to be uncomfortable, but sometimes you need the lift and shape for tighter-fitting tops and for the price, this is perfect!
I’m an unlined and unpadded bra kind gal (mostly because I have enough boob on my petite body and I really don’t need to add to all that is going on up there, ha!).
The cut of Aerie’s unlined bra is perfect for larger chests because it adds taste with the v-cut but functionality with the full coverage look. It’s also unlined which creates that minimalistic look, and it’s full coverage so it will hold the girls in place.
It also comes in real bra sizes which is a lifesaver for large-chested girls like us!

7. Sexy Bras For Him
Lightly Lined – Lift + No Padding
Aerie Real Power Balconette Poppy Lace Bra
Okay, is this Aerie bralette not the sexiest thing ever, or what? It’s the perfect comfy bralette for larger busts that is lightly lined, lifts the boobs, and doesn’t have obnoxious padding.
I’ve told you before, spaghetti straps are not the way to go, but we said we were going for a sex appeal here, not comfort and sometimes you have to sacrifice!
For the right price (and I think $30 for a bra is seriously so affordable), I am drooling all over this bralette for bigger busts!
Full Coverage + Padded
Real Sunnie Full Coverage Lightly Lined Bloom Lace Trim Bra
As bigger-busted women, we love a full-coverage bra that is sexy and lacy. If padded bras are your thing, even with a bigger chest, this is the way to go! I love the design of this bra, the adjustable band, and the real bra sizing option.
If you’re looking for a sexy full-coverage bra for going out or spicing up your sex life, this bra is it.
Lowcut + Low Coverage + Steamy
Aerie Real Power Balconette Eyelash Lace Bra
Anytime I see a bra with a lot of coverage around the armpits, I jump on it. If you’re fuller on the top (because all boobs are shaped differently), I’d steer clear of this bra because I promise that you will be falling out the top of it. But, if your boobs hang in a normal position, or sag a bit, this bra is perfect for you.
It has lots of coverage, it’s sexy, it’s low cut, and it’s steamy. Go ahead, we’re waiting.
All 32DD Chest Bras – Sexy + Comfortable
